Returns and Warranty

If any of the products you purchase are faulty and do not work as expected, please contact us immediately. Please use the forms below to help us with your return or warranty.


Warranty Policy

All goods supplied by TMO SPORTS are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If an item has failed and you believe it to be a manufacturing defect, please fill out our Warranty Form and follow our Warranty Returns Process below.


Please note that we endeavour to resolve warranty assessments in a timely manner, however due to the complexity of some products it might need to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment.

Warranty Returns Process

After accepting our warranty terms and conditions and submitting the Warranty Form you will receive an email informing you of the following steps:

  • For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, return shipping fees (domestic Australia only) will be covered by TMO SPORTS.
  • Please pack your items properly to minimise the risk of it being damaged in transit.
  • Attach the supplied return shipping label with the completed ‘Return Authority Number’. Both of these will be supplied in a follow up email.
  • The defective product must be returned and received by us within  14 days  of receiving the email.

Outcome of the Warranty assessment:

Product found to be defective and under warranty within the warrantable period:
  • The defective product will either be repaired; or
  • The product will be replaced; or
  • The original purchase price (of the product) will be refunded where it cannot be repaired or replaced with a similar product.
  • TMO SPORTS will be responsible for all reasonable freight costs in returning a replacement product back to the purchaser.


Product found not to be defective or covered by the Warranty:
  • You will be notified of this outcome after assessment via email.
  • The product can be returned to you at your expense.
  • Unclaimed items will be stored for 90 days and will be disposed of if a return is not arranged.


Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used products to be cleaned prior to being returned. Clothing needs to be washed before it is returned.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return your unused item for a refund (NOT including shipping charges) it must be in brand new, unused and resalable condition, including all orginal packaging – product tags, and labels. TMO Sports does not offer exchanges, if you would like to swap an item, please place a new order and send the original product back with the Returns form for a refund. You have 30 days from the date that the goods are delivered to you in which to make the return.


Please fill out the Returns Form and once completed print it out and then follow our Returns Process below.

  • Please pack your items properly to minimise the risk of it being damaged in transit.
  • A return must be accompanied by a completed Returns Form and a copy of your tax invoice with the returned product highlighted.
  •  Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges.
  • You will receive an email notification once we receive the product.

If you wish to exchange your product, place a new order for the correct item and return the old item for a refund.

  • Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.
  • Refunds of items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate will only ever be refunded at the rate purchased.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Clearance Items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please Note: Your return must be received with all original packaging intact and must be fit for resale. We understand that clothing may need to be fitted, however goods must be returned in an unused condition and with all tags and packaging intact. Any marks or damage to the original packaging, may result in the return not being processed.


Once a return has been approved, it will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. You will receive a refund via your original payment method.


In the event your return does not meet our returns policy, you will be notified of the outcome and for the item to be returned to you at a cost of $15.00. Items will be held for a period of 90 days. Once this period has elapsed, the goods will be donated to charity.


We reserve the right to reject any return if we believe that our returns process is being abused or for unreasonable repetitious returns.


We strongly suggest using a parcel service that is trackable and requires a signature on delivery. TMO SPORTS will not be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
