The TMO Sports warehouse works as efficiently as possible. As soon as your order is placed it is sent to be picked and shipped. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make any changes. Returns and Warranty
TMO Sports attempts to ship all orders within 2 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your spam/junk folders. During busy periods there can sometimes be shipping delays up to 48 hours, but rest assured we are working to ship your order as soon as possible at this time.
Unfortunately no. Our online warehouse is not setup for customers to come and pick up their orders. This would pose an occupational health and safety risk (OH&S) as there are many trucks coming and going throughout the day. The warehouse also contains equipment that is unsuitable and dangerous to use around customers.

If any of the products you have purchased are not the right size please go to our Returns and Warranty section and follow the Returns process to return your items for a refund. TMO Sports does not offer exchanges, if you would like to swap an item, please place a new order and send the original product back with the return form for a refund. Please note if you wish to return your unused item for a refund it must be in brand new, unused and resalable condition, including all orginal packaging – product tags, and labels.
